Indications

Dosage
Pain symptoms
Massage the oil onto the forehead, temples, and painful, tired back, shoulder, and neck muscles. Apply the oil onto the painful area 3 to 5 times a day.
Cold, numb, tired limbs, rheumatism prevention
Massage oil into the soles of the feet, palms of the hands or daily. Before going to bed, drop 10 – 20 drops of oil into a basin of hot water, soak your feet for 20 – 30 minutes and then dry.
Flu, wind, cold
Massage on the forehead, temples, palms, wrists, sore and tired shoulder and neck muscles.
Cold treatment, scraping
Cold steam
Drop 10 – 40 drops of oil into a basin of hot water, cover with a blanket and steam for 10 – 15 minutes.
Motion sickness, nausea, cold stomach ache
